Important Information

Nica Brac jewellery is made by hand using finely detailed and intricate metal work. It is delicate type of art jewellery and should always be worn and handled with care. It is what is classed as 'occasional jewellery' and therefore is not suitable for robust everyday wear unless otherwise stated. Due to the soft nature of the more unusual gemstones often used, along with the intricate nature of the metal work, it should not be given to nor worn around children as they may grab or handle it to excess. Nica Brac jewellery and many of the gemstones used are fragile, delicate and intricately created, and a sudden yanking of a chain, sharp knock of the stone, or strong handling of a pendant may irreparably damage the piece. By placing an order, you are confirming you understand this.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payments via Paypal.  Simply press the yellow "Add to Cart" button, and it will open a new tab to the Paypal website, and follow the instructions from there.  If you are in the UK I also accept instant bank transfer too (please email for instructions).

How much is delivery?

All postage, packing and delivery costs are included in the price of the jewellery.  I ship to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada and Japan. If you live outside of these countries please get in touch before you order to confirm I can ship there.

Items are posted within 24 - 48 hours of payment Monday to Friday (actual delivery times are down to the courier). It usually takes around 2 to 4 days for the United Kingdom, and between 7 to 21 days for global shipping (USA, Canada, Japan).

What is your returns policy?

There is a 30 day no-quibble return policy on all items. You can return your order, for any reason, within 30 working days of your order, starting the day you receive the goods. Please get in touch at care@nicabrac.com  within 30 days of receipt, to let me know that you want to return the item, you don't need to give a reason. Then return your purchase for a full refund (please note that the customer pays return shipping costs and this won't be refunded). If I have accidentally mis-described any item, or your item arrives damaged, then you are entitled to a full refund, including your postage.
